In the fast-paced world of AI and machine learning, the release of powerful ever more “intelligent” models, as measured through the set of carefully picked bench-marks, seems to be becoming the norm. With the most recent example, Anthropic’s new model, Claude-3.5-Sonnet, the latest addition to the Claude model family, having arrived only 4 months after its predecessor has now claimed the flagship model title.
This rapid evolution and model development offers a great opportunity for automating labor-intensive tasks but also presents a significant challenge, with the risk of solutions quickly becoming obsolete as newer, more advanced models are introduced. This poses the question: Is there a perfect time to build AI-powered solutions?
