Alexandre has more than 20 Years\u2019 experience in Merchant Banking, Principal Finance and Investment Banking, including debt and structured credit transactions, mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments in Brazil, Latin America and Europe.<\/span><\/div>\n
Alexandre has had senior roles at many financial institutions including Deutsche Bank, Banco Votorantim and Alvarez & Marsal. He currently is a partner and managing director at SPAdvisors in Sao Paulo.<\/span><\/div>\n
Alexandre graduated with a Bachelors in Civil Engineering by the\u00a0(UFRJ, Brazil), holds an MBA in Finance by the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, certificate in corporate governance by IBGC and advanced studies in ESG by Saint Paul Escola de\u00a0Neg\u00f3cios.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
