Andrew\u00a0has over 35 years of Banking and Investment Banking Experience.\u00a0 \u00a0His experience ranges from\u00a0 Equity Sales Trading, Interest Rate Derivative Sales and Trading, Mezzanine Debt Structuring, Debt Capital Markets, Fixed Income Sales Management, Financial Institutional Relationship Management, as well as Bank Executive Leadership Positions.<\/p>\n

Andrew began his career in New York.\u00a0 He spent 10 years at JP Morgan in various Interest Rate Derivative positions before being appointed Global Head of Preferred Stock Sales Trading and Distribution. He moved in 1998 to London to head the European DCM Financial Institution Team.\u00a0\u00a0Andrew spent five years at Morgan Stanley in London as Head of European Financial Institutions within Global Capital Markets.\u00a0 After Morgan Stanley, Andrew became a Member of the Executive Committee of Depfa Bank, based in Dublin. For the last 10 years Andrew worked at Commerzbank as Head of Fixed Income Sales and Head of Financial Institution, Relationship Management. While at Commerzbank, Andrew was a voting member of the Financial Institution Risk Management Committee and the FI Executive Committee.<\/p>\n

Andrew\u00a0holds a BA in Economics from Lafayette College and an MBA in Finance from Duke University.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
