Nedelcho has senior level experience in the financial and public sector. Nedelcho is founder and CEO of Project Synergy, a Sofia, Bulgaria based investment and financial advisory services company.<\/p>\n

Prior to that he was CEO of Fibank, the largest Bulgarian-owned bank, and Supervisory board member of Fibank. He headed First Financial Brokerage House for 12 years, the leading investment banking boutique in Bulgaria, where he managed the acquisition of MKB Unionbank and its merger with Fibank, and a number of reference capital markets and M&A transactions. He has managerial experience in the energy and TMT sectors.<\/p>\n

Nedelcho was Deputy Minister of Transport and Telecommunications in King Simeon II\u2019s Government, where he oversaw the privatization of Bulgarian Telecom, and restructuring of Bulgarian Posts.<\/p>\n

He holds an M.A. in International Economic Relations and has a broker certificate from the London Wholesale Markets Association.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
