Paul has approximately 30 years of global Capital Markets experience having lived and worked in London, Hong Kong, Singapore and Sydney. His outlook and perspective is truly global in nature as he has run global businesses and has direct experience of doing business across APAC, Europe, The Middle East and Sub-saharan Africa, LATAM and North America.

Paul has worked for Citigroup, Barclays, BNY Mellon, Standard Chartered Bank, GLAS, TMF Group and Apex Group.

Paul has a passion for D&I and likes to describe himself as having D&I in his DNA. He is on the boards of Smile Asia and Face Equality International and has previously been an Ambassador for Changing Faces. He is a Fellow of the London Institute of Banking & Finance and a Chartered Companion and on the Board of Companions of the CMI.
