NPL Markets advises Unicredit on a EUR 90 Mln NPL Unsecured Porfolio Disposal and on up to EUR 460 Mln Forward Flow agreement for 2023/24

NPL Markets is pleased to announce that it acted as advisor to UniCredit on the sale of: A portfolio of Italian non performing unsecured loans with claim value of approx. Eur 90 m, to a vehicle managed by Kruk SA (“KRUK”) and to Credit Factor SpA; The forward flows of Italian consumer loans that will be classified as bad loans in 2023 and 2024 up to a claim amount of Eur 460 m, to KRUK.

The agreement is part of UniCredit’s on-going strategy to reduce non-performing exposures.

The sale process has been managed via NPL Markets’ online platform, allowing UniCredit to streamline the disposal process and accelerate the deal execution.
